Sebastian Garaviz began his career in New York, where he discovered his passion for the hospitality industry while managing a restaurant. That experience shaped his vision of creating meaningful guest experiences, blending operational excellence with genuine care for people

Together with his best friend and business partner, Alexandra Milton, Sebastian shared a love for conscious eating, healthy food, and discovering new culinary traditions during their travels. While Alexandra brought the creative and gastronomic identity to Rose Cafe & Restaurant, Sebastian contributed structure, discipline, and a strong commitment to service and management.
After years of experience in New York and Miami, Sebastian dedicated himself fully to gastronomy. Alongside Alexandra, he invested over five years in shaping Rose Cafe & Restaurant into a space where Mediterranean inspiration, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality come together. Their shared goal was to create a restaurant that feels sophisticated yet welcoming, where every guest feels at home.
